Saturday's upsets complicated some things, there were so many of them. The top of the bracket is coming into focus, as Baylor, Kansas, and Gonzaga are sure things. Duke is waiting for SD State to falter, but I can't see any of the other two-seeds displacing any of the 1's, barring a major slump by one of the 1's. Dayton deserves their 2 at the moment, but West Virginia and Florida State and perhaps Michigan State will have more chances for big wins (and fewer for bad losses) than the Flyers, so they need to keep on winning.
Syracuse took a step backward with their two losses this week. They have to beat either the Seminoles or Louisville - on the road - to even get into the conversation. Yet they have a chance to be a top-four seed in the ACC Tournament! I suppose finishing 7-2 (20-11/13-7) and then falling to one of the ranked ACC teams in the semifinals might get them some attention.
